I have a zone that does not come on. What is wrong?
Typically, this means you have a bad solenoid or a wiring issue. We recommend calling us to setup a service call.
What if a zone does not shut off?
This often means you have a bad diaphragm in the valve and it needs replaced. We recommend calling us to schedule a service call.
I have water bubbling out of a valve box. What does this mean?
Usually this means your hose bib is in the open position and needs closed, or you could possibly have a leak.
The brass piece on the side of the house is dumping or spraying water? What is wrong?
Typically this means the brass piece was not opened up correctly or was not winterized.
My system has been on this year but does not run now.
Check and see if the outlet that the clock is plugged into has a GFI popped. If the outlet is good and the clock is on, see if the water was shut off outside or in the basement. If still not working, give us a call!
I have a mist head and it sprays the wrong way. What do I do?
